WANTED - L&Y PARTS
Hinges needed for doors on L&Y Club Coach 47. Detail is brass self-closing hinges to fit as a wrap-round on 1.5 inch doors. Wrap round means that the hinge is screwed into both sides of the door and a connecting sprung chain (fitted into the cylinders let into the door and door post) provides the closing action. The hinge faces are three and three eights inches deep and 2.5 inches wide. Across the wrap is 1.5 inches with an internal measure of 1.25 inches (i.e. the door is shaved slightly so that the fitted hinge is flush with the door surface). Required are four single action hinges (as pictured but broken) and two double action hinges (not pictured but very similar looking). The double action hinges allow the door to be pushed open from either side.

WANTED - LUGGAGE RACK BRACKETS
Yet another request! I was just wondering if anyone had any luggage rack brackets - we're looking for quite a minimum of 42 for our BCDR carriage 148. We've any number of 3rd class but no intact ones at all (even for a pattern!) of 2nd or 1st. In any of the carriages that we have salvaged they have been removed for some reason, although the netting has survived!
